The NYC based designer is influenced by art, architecture, utilitarian workwear and the juxtaposition of masculine and feminine. She works with local, women owned factories mostly which she visits and audits personally. The brand is vegan and works with organic materials mostly.

MARFA STANCE
Modular coats made with recycled, dead-stock fabrics or are certified sustainable originating from Italy and Japan. All padding for the Quilts is recycled. The Italian brand offsets the carbon footprint off their deliveries.

Fashion forward and artsy shoes. Designed in London, produced in Spain and Portugal. The brand delivers several style drops throughout the year. Often in limited edtion runs. The brand is committed to supporting the artisans who handcraft their heels in Spain.  

 

NAGO

First sustainable fashion brand in Poland. Using organic, natural fibers and innovative fabrics like ECONYL. The brand takes a true effort in minimizing their impact, using embossed logo’s on their packaging instead of printed ones. They even have an eco friendly version of their website (sustainability and company info section without photo’s, with standardized settings) which uses less energy and data. They also support a number of local charities.

Active and swim wear brand working with ECONYL. Based in Ukraine. 5% of the profits go to the 'Miso Dobra' (city of goodness) foundation - a Ukrainian organisation that provided assistance and refugee for women and children who find themselves in difficult circumstances.

SKIIM
specialising in leather pret-a-porter and accessories this UK brand works towards supply chain transparency, fair trade and garment longevity.  They work with 
a family-run factory based in Portugal with skilled craftsmen and women, that provides a fair and safe working environment within a high quality factory where the emphasis is on precision and craftsmanship. The brand is praised for their consciously sourced leather.

 

SVNR

The brand is known for its hand-dyed-to-order silks and one-of-a-kind jewelry made from found, re-used, up-cycled and natural material. The brand is based and made in New York.

 

VAGABOND

Born in 1973 the brand has commited to sustainability over the last decade. The Swedish brand works with their own Vietnam based factory and has an in house atelier where they create limited run collections.
